The Task:

Create a Mobile App that enables everyone to take a ride-sharing ride safely.

The Strategy:

Understand if the market would pay for such a feature.  If so, build an organic audience, engage with audience to understand what features they’d like to see and ultimately create a revenue model that will sustain.

The Execution:

After building an organic audience, we learned that the audience had zero interest in safety but would like to see a ride-sharing price comparison feature.  We had to pivot and we created an awesome price comparison app with a safety component which made it a lot easier to educate the consumer that safety was needed as long as they did not have to pay for it.


We have 8000 downloads during our first few weeks of marketing with fantastic, engaging feedback.  Actively being used 1200 times per week.
