We had to gain users through audience building, in order to test the App and see if it was worth pursuing.
We would rebuild the app in its entirety, as the existing app was not working properly. It did not have the features the end-user would be looking for, like a safer ride with price comparison. We also had to re-brand, so the consumer would not be lost when it came to what the app offers.
We hired our app development team to revamp the entire product, giving it a new look and making it easier to use than competing apps. We also added more value props to entice the end users.
We launched a re-branded app, “Best Rides”, that allowed the consumer to get the safest ride-sharing ride at the best possible price.
